Can you sleep in this device?

I don’t think so.

How do you know how tight to make it?

It doesn’t say on the instructions. I just pumped it up until it was very firm.

LOL one size is supposed to fit everyone?

It has adjustable Velcro straps. I have a thicker neck & it fits me fine with room to spare.

How long do you have to use it before you feel relief?

You will start feeling better from the first use only. We suggest to wear 10 to 15 minutes twice a day.

how long to keep traction on?

I only kept on for about 15-20 minutes at a time and that seems to be enough to make my neck feel better!

Can you go to bed with this on your neck?

I don’t think so. My husband hasn’t used his much. He had cervical vertebrae surgery, so it is not something he can use anymore.

How to clean product?

Damp cloth should do it!

Can you disconnect pump while wearing?

Don't thin so. It would then release all the air.
