It is not a blade. It is not sharp.

Does it remove facial hair as well?

The scrubber doesn't remove facial hair but I did notice it helped ingrown hair pop to the surface in some cases.

It’s rechargeable, it comes with a uSB charging cable

Is this waterproof?

I wouldn’t take it in the shower. It charges with a usb cable. I wouldn’t want to get it wet.
