Does this cut off circulation in the baby's legs when facing forward?

No, the bottom has buttons that fold a flap on each side forward when baby is forward facing, allowing space for their legs.

How long can you wear the carrier before it begins to hurt?

I wore mine for 2 1/2 - 3 hours and had no pain. If the straps are adjusted correctly it is very comfortable, in my opinion.

Does Baby get too hot in this? Any air vents?

No. The baby is well ventilated hence does not get hot.

Does the mesh liner between you and the child really make a difference temperature wise?

Yes it does help, when I hold my baby normally I get a layer of sweat between. When I put her in pack I don’t get that.

I'm traveling alone with my 2 year old, is this difficult to use without help, especially going through security?

Its not difficult, its very nice to use without help.

My waste is about 60 can I use it I’m a fat dad?

Yeah, my waist is 55 and it goes bigger than that.

Does it get too hot for the baby on hot days?

We first used it own our October trip to Florida and she didn't seem to experience additional heat from being in it.

Is it comfortable with a heavy baby?

Not really, I stoped using around 20 lbs, when baby started walking. I never used as a back carrier. I would look for a backpack carrier if you want a heavier baby carrier.
